spirit. We move and change to express our self to find our comfort zone and to grow. Our unconscious field is connected to the collective unconscious in the space. Inner and outer spaces are
created by one's balance and harmony. What we consciously do or express and are aware of, determine our patterns and conditioned unconscious. Breathing connects us to the chain of life force. It
will grow or deplete, it is up to oneself and one's unconditioned self esteem.
